Mr. Santosh is an IT industry veteran having more than 18 years of experience in blue-chip organizations like PwC, IBM and ICICI. He has been heading mid-tier IT companies as CEO since last five years with expertise in BFSI, Energy & Utility, Agriculture, Retail and Government verticals. He has been associated with National e-Governance Plan of Government of India since its inception and has been instrumental in execution of big ticket projects of national importance in the areas of land record, property registration, driving license, state wide area network, state data centres, citizen service centres etc. He has contributed significantly in improving the retail landscape in India by successfully running more than 10000 rural retail network. He is an engineering graduate from National Institute of technology, Rourkela and MBA ( Gold Medallist) from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. .

Mr.D K Sundaram - Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary

Sundaram is a professional Cost Accountant [AICWA] and Company Secretary [ACS], with more than 25 years of experience in the areas Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Costing and Company Law and Secretarial matters

Mr. Santosh Kumar Gopinathan - Director – iSmart Business Solutions (Kenya) Ltd.,

Has 15 years of experience in Software Engineering including design, development, implementation and maintenance of Client server, Web-based, mainframes applications. He has global exposure working with clients across the business domain. He is responsible for improving and consolidating our Global market especially in Africa, Asia, Latin America coordinating operations there and tapping potential for new business in this region. He also handles our oversea offices Kenya, Indonesia and Malaysia. Santosh hold a Bachelor of Engineering(BE) degree in Computer Science Engineering.

Mr. Thomas Mathew - Vice President – Customer Support

An Agricultural Engineer by qualification, Thomas has more than 19 years in agri-business management covering a plethora of plantation crops, spices and timber. He has also spent the last 10 years in Project Management and CRM in several Asian and African countries including India.

Mr. Gigi Abraham - General Manager - Quality Control & Assuarance

Gigi Abraham has 15 years of experience with the IT industry. His area of specialization has been in providing ERP solutions for the Plantation sector worldwide. He has extensive exposure in Design, Development and Implementation of projects. He is responsible for the Quality Assurance as well as the Quality Control of products. Gigi Abraham played a key role in achieving ISO certification for the Company in the year 2007. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science.

Mr. Pradee M R - General Manager - Products

Pradeep M.R. started his career with the IT industry in 1992. His responsibilities include Technology Selection, System Analysis, Product Design and Development. He has technical experience in development of desktop applications, Client server systems/Enterprise Systems and Web Based applications. As a business analyst, his exposure spreads across the business functions of ERP. He holds Bachelor's degree in Economics, MBA in Systems, P.G Diploma in ComputerScience, Certification in Computing and 'O' Level Certification from Department of Electronics.

Mr. Gopakumar G L - General Manager - Projects

Gopakumar has about 13 years of IT experience, in Agri ERP with a background in design, development, implementation and maintenance of client server and Web-based applications. He is responsible for leading, managing, delivery & deployment of the product. He is also involved in Presales and Support issues. He has global exposure working with clients across the business domain. Gopakumar holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology and a 3 year GNIIT Computer Science Diploma from NIIT.
