Mr. Thomas Mathew - Vice President – Customer Support

An Agricultural Engineer by qualification, Thomas has more than 19 years in agri-business management covering a plethora of plantation crops, spices and timber. He has also spent the last 7 years in Project Management and CRM in several Asian and African countries including India.

Mr. Santosh K.G. - Director – iSmart Business Solutions (Kenya) Ltd.

Santosh has about 10 years of Software Engineering background in design, development, implementation and maintenance of client server and Web-based applications. He has global exposure working with clients across the business domain. He is responsible for improving and consolidating our market in Africa, coordinating operations there and tapping potential for new business in this region. Santosh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from Utkal University, Orissa.

Mr. Sanjay Phatak - Vice President – H.R. & Admin

Sanjay is a Graduate in Commerce and Sociology, along with Post Graduate Degree in HRM from Mumbai University, has about 25 years of rich experience in HR management in reputed companies and multinational companies.

Mr. Pradeep M R - General Manager - Products

Pradeep M.R. started his career with the IT industry in 1992. His responsibilities include Technology Selection, System Analysis, Product Design and Development. He has technical experience in development of desk top applications, Client server systems/Enterprise Systems and Web Based applications. As a business analyst, his exposure spreads across the business functions of ERP. He holds Bachelor's degree in Economics, MBA in Systems, P.G Diploma in Computer Science, Certification in Computing and 'O' Level Certification from Department of Electronics.

Mr. Gigi Abraham - General Manager - Quality Control & Assuarance

Gigi Abraham has 13 years of experience with the IT industry. His area of specialization has been in providing ERP solutions for the Plantation sector worldwide. He has extensive exposure in Design, Development and Implementation of projects. He is responsible for the Quality Assurance as well as the Quality Control of products. Gigi Abraham played a key role in achieving ISO certification for the Company in the year 2007. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science.

Mr. Thomas Mathew - General Manager – Business Development

Thomas Mathew, is a post graduate in Information Technology and carries with him 13 yrs of experience in the field of Information Technology. His competency and knowledge in design, development and implementation of ERP solutions complements his responsibility in iSmart. His versatility has had him successfully represent the Organization both in India and abroad. Today he has been the front runner in taking iSmart forward in terms of business development.

Mr. Gopakumar G L - General Manager - Projects

Gopakumar has about 11 years of IT experience, in Agri ERP with a background in design, development, implementation and maintenance of client server and Web-based applications. He is responsible for leading, managing, delivery & deployment of the product. He is also involved in Presales and Support issues. He has global exposure working with clients across the business domain. Gopakumar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a 3 year GNIIT Computer Science Diploma from NIIT.
